Or at least they should call me in for the sweet-talking part. I happen to excel at that.

1 Something tells me "off the shelf" may play an important role in this exercise, especially when you consider the Defense Dept.'s supply closet... The "sweet talk" part is just to impress the girls. And our enemies who are incapable of such niceties and, thus, discouraged from shooting down our satellites.
