Yup. It's been suggested that this young man didn't just have to face down Todd Palin (which is bad enough), but that it couldn't have been any easier for him to meet Johnny Mac for the first time.
But let's not get too old-fashioned about this: the girl is 50% responsible for the slip, and I'm sure that if she had decided to place the child for adoption, her family would have supported her in that as well.
