1 Good analysis, but there is a simpler reason--polls not only track public position, they lead it. Why can't we ever call a spade a spade? And since the polling organizations are as unbiased as AP and Reuters, et.al., being behind is a good way to energize the Democratic base and leaners. They will show Obama behind for awhile, then show a steady gain up to election day. Within a day or two of the election they need accuracy in order to assure their own survival. Who's going to pay someone for polls that are always wrong? Forget polls. Make sure you vote for Sarah and John. Bring others on-board to the best of your abilities. The only way for Republicans to lose this race is to stay home. Sarah gives us a reason to show up rain or shine. The smear/lie camapaign against SarahP shows you exactly how dangerous these people are. We have to keep them in their pay grade--minimum wage.

2 I really don't get the left's obsession with the idea that the press is somehow biased rightward because it's owned by...by...CORPORATIONS!!! Geez. Despite all actual evidence to the contrary indicating the heavy leftward tilt, and the number of pundits deep in the can for Obama? This the day after Olby and Chris "Leg Tingle" Matthews got the boot for failing to adequately disguise their rampant boosterism? Unhinged.
