Of Course, My System Is Still a Mess.
Probably an obscure symptom of peri-menopause, because of the way the stomach upset comes and goes. It's likely that my hormones have gone kerflooey, and taken my erstwhile iron-clad constitution with 'em. Oh, well: some people live like this their entire lives.

Give us more to work with so that we can play doctor. Those symptoms aren't usually associated with menopause. Time of day related? Intestinal problems? Dry eyes? Dry mouth? Unexplained pains that seem to disappear as suddenly as they came? Fever? Ringing in ears?
