2 I think it comes under "fair use." And I remember singing that same song in 1979 in Santa Monica with other high schoolers, so it might be that it was simply an idea whose time had come . . .

3 Oh sure! Next you will be telling me that I wasn't the first to use "The Audacity of Hype" in reference to Barack Obama. I choose to remember history differently than you. Screw those who had my brilliant ideas before me! Or found a way to secure the rights.
