I have just one question: Where would the Bush campaign be right now if the Democrats had actually nominated a guy who was any good at this game?
He might be fucked. I do know that if the Dems had nominated Lieberman I would have taken a good, hard look at him and I might have voted for him. And I don't think I'm alone.

Lieberman lost any chance at my vote when he went all liberal during the Florida vote controversy.
I thought Howard Dean made a better candidate than Kerry. I still wouldn't have voted for him, but at least Dean was consistent.

Yeah, I thought Lieberman-Kucinich would have been their best ticket...well ok, maybe Kucinich wouldn't have appealed much beyond their left-libertarian base.
But I would have given that ticket serious consideration.

If they'd had the sense to nominate Lieberman, _I_ wouldn't care who won.
