Over at Scribal Terror, I posted the fable of the Cat's Paw, which I think very nicely describes the Cindy Sheehan phenomenon. In the fable, a clever monkey convinces a cat to use its paw to get chestnuts out of the fire. The cat gets a burned paw and the monkey gets the chestnuts. It's scary to think that the Judenhass horse mentioned at Solomonia is the monkey in the fable.
