Both the Clinton Administration and the Bush '43 Administration made mistakes in the War on Terror. If The Path to 9/11 makes 'em both look bad, it's probably balanced in that regard.

Insty's right, though. Berger, at least, should STFU.

1 "says that it was CIA Director George Tenet who nixed the capture plan"...it's difficult to believe he would have made such a decision without checking with the office of the president.
