1 I suggest that FEMA should set up some facilities to repair or dismantle flooded vehicles and offer jobs at $10/hr to anyone willing to show up. I don't know what it takes to resurect a flooded car, but I think I bought one once, and it ran pretty well for a couple of years. Better than just letting them sit idle and rust - both the men and the cars.
