Like, a lot more wrong. Wronger than they've been in decades.
Which means that Ace's friend Steve in Huntington Beach may well end up owing me a steak dinner. I'm leaning toward filet mignon.

I would go with the ribeye, and I grew up on a ranch, so I know what I'm talking about. The marbling provides much more flavor. And if you're getting a free steak out of the deal, shoot for the 16 ounce. Cut up the leftovers and put them over a spinach salad. Mmmmm..
