1 I hope this can be adjudicated in open court before election day. ACORN has to submit all forms in most states and flags bogus or problematic ones. Nine US attorneys were fired by the Bush White House in 2006 for not prosecuting bogus voter fraud allegations. There is virtually no voter impersonation going on in this country but you are welcome to put on a Mickey Mouse costume and try. Let's face it, ACORN registered a million new voters this year. Less than 3% of those registrations turned out to be phony, incomplete, duplicates or otherwise problematic. In any case none of those 3% will be allowed to vote unless they are properly registered. In most cases the flaws in the registration were pointed out by ACORN itself. Once more another Republican voter disenfranchisement plan will go down the crapper. I can't wait, let's get it all out in the open and let the American people see what this is really all about.

ACORN knew their "business model" has a serious flaw: paying people based on the number of people they where able to register. Did they change that to a more reasonable approach of a flat rate for the amount of time put into the effort? No, of course not. 5 OK, so only 3% of the 1.3 million registrations found and reported, SO FAR, are frauds. A couple of thousand votes here, a couple of hundred votes there and outcomes can be effected. Let's not ignore that Indianapolis and surrounding county boosts 105% of eligible voters as being registered. Now, that's civic pride. BHO's campaign contracted with and paid Acorn and subs 800k this spring for GOTV efforts. Originally listed as event planning, the FEC told the campaign to correct their FEC required reports. What some call voter suppression/disenfranchisement, others call ensuring a fair election.

6 I am very curious why Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse never register as republicans. How is it even in the remotest of statistical possibilities that one hundred percent of allegedly live and fictional people registered by ACORN just by the most amazing of coincidences are all Democrats yet ACORN calls itself non partisan. (I guess nonpartisan in the same understanding of Hillary Clinton's attendance at the Anti Iran UN Rally-all democrats=non partisan, 99 percent democrats and one percent republican=partisan).

7 Where is this 3% information coming from? Just yesterday 2100 out of 2100 examined registrations in Lake Co., Indiana were FAKES. Um, as I look at it, that's 100%. Now, this is only after looking at 2100 of 5000 ACORN registrations, so I guess we could say it's maybe 40%. Yeah, a little bit higher than the 3% claim.

8 The Mickey Mouse ones are not the problem. The ones where ACORN workers go prowling through graveyards reading names off tombstones, picking through the obituaries, and in some cases, just reading directly from the phone book, are -- because they are using real names of real people, and those can be impossible to detect when used fraudulently.
